GWlegal is committed to equality in employment and has policies to support and reinforce this. These policies are subject to regular review to ensure that we continue to use best practice. Recruitment and selection procedures are also monitored to ensure that they are fair and are best practice.

Implementation and Monitoring

In implementing its equality and diversity policy, GWlegal will comply with Chapter 2 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and with current and future anti-discrimination legislation.

The policy will be monitored periodically by the practice to evaluate its effectiveness and make any changes as required. The policy will be updated to comply with changes in legislation and regulation.
