Goldsmith Williams is taking its lead from a record-breaking football transfer window by funding a move for the best players in the market.
The national conveyancing solicitors has increased its broker incentives to as much as £95, mirroring the activity of England’s football clubs, who spent more than ever before in the month-long period.
Intermediaries will receive a £95 cash introduction fee against every £250 cashback mortgage, while an additional £20 has been made available upon completion of standard remortgage or sale and purchase transactions.
Simon Miller, head of remortgage at Goldsmith Williams, says: “We’ve always been committed giving our supporters what they want and for us that means helping to maximise the incentives for brokers and rewarding their loyalty to us.
“Just like Chelsea and Liverpool, we understand that money talks when you’re chasing the big-name players, which is why we’ve upped the ante with our new introduction fee, offering the best cashback incentive on the market.
“When you consider that this deal also involves a high quality of service to our clients, it’s clear that this is a good deal for all parties.”
Brokers have until 30 April 2011 to take advantage of this incredible new offer.
