Go green and reduce this risk of rent arrears

From 2018 landlords cannot let a property with an EPC rating of less than an E. However this should not be the only reason landlords look to improve the energy efficiency of their properties. With energy prices a real concern for tenants, having an energy efficient house could see tenants reduce their fuel bills and stop them from falling into arrears.
