It is, as we’ve long said, very true this time of year that solicitors definitely aren’t scrooges! To prove it, we decided to ask a few of our most enthusiastic team members for their best tips for unique Halloween costumes. Here we go...

Molly, remortgage

Molly insists that dressing up is always best done in pairs. The most easy Halloween costumes, she says, are friend-friendly. Her top costume picks for duos include:

• Salt and Pepper
• Knife and Fork
• Chips and Cheese
• Milk and Cookies
• Peanut Butter and Jelly
• Beer and Tacos
• Palm tree and beach ball
• Night and day
• Angel and devil
• Summer and winter
• Tetris pieces
• Different social media networks e.g. Twitter and Instagram

How you interpret Molly’s suggestions for cool halloween costumes… well, that’s entirely up to you. Get creative!

Lee, marketing

Always one for making fun of herself, Lee’s ideas for good halloween costumes with a dash irony include:

• A social media influencer (think leggings, crop tops, oversized sunglasses and some sort of trendy beverage. Urban Outfitters is actually selling this ‘outfit’ online, although Lee suggests a trip to Primark may be more economical)
• A Starbucks takeaway coffee of your choice
• Crazy crossfitter
• Yogi type
• Cat lady
• ‘THE dress’ (anyone who is an active social media user will know what Lee is talking about here. If you don’t, then thank your lucky stars and resist the urge to Google!)

Claudia, financial claims
