Online services making remortgage easier
Published: 04/04/2016
Lloyds Banking has launched a new online remortgage service for customers considering switching their existing mortgage to the lender.
The service will allow borrowers to apply for an Agreement in Principle within minutes as well as save and resume in-progress applications and upload documents electronically.
Lloyds Bank isn’t alone in offering clients a convenient online service; Goldsmith Williams recognises the growing need to offer clients the option to manage their case online and is certainly ahead of the game with their online capability. Senior partner Eddie Goldsmith explains:
“At Goldsmith Williams we’ve always prided ourselves on being industry leaders, pioneering the latest technology available. This started almost a decade ago with the introduction of our award winning case management system GWLive and continues to the present day.
“All our clients, including remortgage, conveyancing and personal injury, can instruct us online as well as monitor the progress of their case until its completion 24 hours a day, even when the office is closed. They can send key documents instantaneously and use our online messaging platform to communicate directly with the staff members handling their case.
“This service is available as part of our responsive website or directly via the Goldsmith Williams app.
“We believe this makes the whole process much more simple and convenient for all our clients.”
The free Goldsmith Williams app is available for iPhone and Android users.
