Make a Will month is coming
Published: 22/05/2013
We are proud to announce we are once again supporting local charity Claire House Children’s Hospice and its Make a Will Appeal.
Making a Will is definitely one of those ‘I’ll do tomorrow’ tasks. However with Claire House’s Make a Will Appeal imminent now is the perfect time to stop procrastinating and finally get it ticked off your list.
How it works
It couldn’t be easier to participate in the Claire House Make a Will Appeal. Simply contact us in June and we’ll draft your basic Single or Couples Wills and, instead of paying us, you are asked to make a donation to Claire House.
The suggested minimum donation is £100.
Claire House is a Cheshire-based charity providing essential respite, end-of-life and bereavement care for children, young adults and their families.
Relying on donations and initiatives such as this alone – they do not receive any guaranteed government funding and are also independent of the Health Service - Claire House needs to raise £2.5 million every single year in order to continue to support those in need.
Linda Cummins is the Head of Wills and Probate at Goldsmith Williams:
“We are so pleased to be one of the participating solicitors in the Claire House Make a Will Appeal. Having seen firsthand the fantastic work they do, I am urging everyone to get behind the appeal and make a Will this June.”
