GWlegal Longlisted For Conveyancing/Legal Business Of The Year

Published: 09/10/2018

GWlegal has been longlisted in the Mortgage Introducer Awards - and we would like to ask all our clients, introducers and partner organisations to please consider voting for team GW in the ‘Conveyancing/Legal Business of the Year’ category.

About the awards

The Awards, hosted by Mortgage Introducer, promote and celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals within the intermediary market. Winners will be selected from the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the intermediary mortgage, equity release, protection and short-term finance fields. They are judged by industry peers and are among the most prestigious accolades awarded in the mortgage field.

In 2016, the GWlegal team was extremely proud to win ‘Best Conveyancer’ at the Specialist Finance Introducer (SFI) Awards held by Mortgage Introducer.

The awards are highly competitive and feature the creme de la creme of the mortgage industry.

Please vote for GWlegal

It’s not so much trophies we are after, but recognition of just how hard our team of property experts ranging from admin staff to experienced solicitors work, day in-day out, to ensure the best possible levels of service are upheld for all our introducers. Really, our team are champions - and we hope to win this award for them!

It is the tireless work of our staff that enables GWlegal to successfully offer:

  • GWlive, an innovative online case management system for immediate case instruction as well as other features such as exclusive news stories for our introducers, all developed and maintained by our in-house teams across property, IT and marketing departments. As such, our introducers can work with us 24-hours a day, seven days a week, from the comfort of their own office, while also having access to case updates in real-time.
  • Specially-designed client literature informing them of the conveyancing and property processes in an accessible way, sans the legal jargon. We offer a range of informative guides and toolkits to our introducers, for free, so they are able to stay up-to-date with all the complexities of the legal process and pass this knowledge down to their clients.
  • Vibrant, relevant online services and social media. Our website is updated several times weekly with news items and our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest, keep all our stakeholders informed and entertained regarding the inner-goings of GWlegal. Everybody also has access to our Everyday Legal emails, which provide clients and partners with monthly updates about offers, the industry and other fun being had at GW directly into their inbox.
  • Dedicated case handlers with decades of experience. GWlegal itself has been around for almost 35 years and some of our staff members have been with us since the beginning. Here at GW HQ, anything less than 10 years of service with us is out of the ordinary. Our staff just won’t leave us - and we are delighted about it!

The 2018 Mortgage Introducer Awards will be held at the Tower of London on the night of Wednesday 28 November 2018.

Votes are now open - with Mortgage Introducer announcing that 12,000 votes have been received so far.
