Free Will for over 55’s… limited time only!

We are pleased to announce we have teamed up with national charity, Marie Curie Cancer Care, to offer a free Will-writing service for over 55s.

From 1st September to the end of October 2013, we will draft your basic Will for free. Those taking up to deal will be asked to consider leaving a gift to Marie Curie Cancer Care in their Will.

Linda Cummins is the Head of Wills and Probate at Goldsmith Williams:

“We are so excited to be able to offer this fantastic service to clients and support this incredibly worthwhile charity and the wonderful work it does.

“I cannot stress the importance of making a Will in order to safeguard both assets and, most importantly, loved ones. But not only that, it is essential when writing a Will you do so with the assistance of a qualified lawyer who specialises in this service.

“There are still so many people without a Will, many of whom in the current financial climate may have been deterred from doing so due to cost. However, for the next two months, clients can benefit from a professionally prepared standard Will drafted by legal specialists at no cost to them.”

Please note this offer is for a free basic Will (Single or Couples). Any additional work such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Property Protection Trusts are not included in the offer and clients will be charged accordingly.
