We're now just under a month away from the big day...Christmas!
To start getting into the festive spirit, we are putting together a list of fantastic Christmas markets worth visiting throughout the UK.
Liverpool
The Liverpool Christmas market is returning to the city centre this year, based around St George’s Plateau, St John’s Gardens and William Brown Street, where there will be various foods and drinks available from German sausages and chocolate crepes to Christmas mulled wine.
Market stalls will offer the opportunity to buy unique Christmas gifts, decorations, arts, crafts and jewellery. Meanwhile there will be entertainment on offer for children of all ages with snow slides, various funfair rides and the big wheel.

Manchester
From Manchester Victoria to Deans Gate, the Manchester Christmas markets boasts a lot of stalls throughout.
There are plenty of food and drink stalls to keep you going as you visit the range of stalls and market types on offer.
The Winter Gardens based in Piccadilly Gardens are also worth visiting, as they have various food, drinks and craft stalls available. After you’ve finished your shopping trip, why not sit back and enjoy some live music and DJs with the big stage they have setup.

Birmingham
Is Germany and Austria on your travel list, but can’t make it this winter? Don’t worry! Birmingham is offering a slice of the experience with their Frankfurt Christmas Market.
The market, which is the largest authentic German Christmas market outside of Germany and Austria, boasts stalls of delicious food such as bratwursts, schnitzels, and pretzels.
So what are you waiting for! Put a date in your calendar and visit the Birmingham Christmas markets over the festive period.

Nottingham
Located on Old Market Square, the Nottingham Winder Wonderland markets are great for people of all ages with a little something for everyone.
There are various stalls available if you’re looking to do a little Christmas shopping, cosy bars and delicious food if you’re looking to make a day of it and exciting fairground rides for the children to enjoy.

London
The capital has gone all out with the attractions on offer this year!
If you’re looking for fun activities, Hyde Park Christmas markets has you covered! From ice-skating rinks, ice slides, ice kingdom, fare rides and ice-sculpting workshops to try your hand at!
Afterwards, you can visit one of the various foods and drinks stalls.

Bath
2022 marks the 20th anniversary of Bath hosting their fantastic Christmas Markets!
Known for its historic and amazing architecture style and old-style feel throughout the town, Bath offers a unique experience to market goers.
From festive food stalls and stalls, to the pop-up chalets, Bath is definitely worth visiting during the festive period.

Edinburgh
The Edinburgh Christmas Market is bigger than ever this year, spanning through traditional locations in Princes Street Gardens and The Mound, throughout the city centre.
There will be a lot of homegrown Scottish food on offer throughout the stalls, as well as a lot of art and crafts stalls. Also returning is The Forth 1 Big Wheel in Princes Street Gardens, allowing families to take in some breathtaking views of the city centre!

Belfast
Located on Donegall Square, the Belfast Continental Market is a foodie's dream, offering foods from a staggering 32 nations throughout the food court!
Outside of the food court, there are your traditional funfair attractions including a Santa Ride, Olaf Ride and also opportunities for your children to visit Santa in his magical grotto!
