Can't Take it With You - New BBC Two series

Did you know two-thirds of Britons don't have a valid will. The statistics, although shocking, probably don't come as that much of a surprise given the sensitive subject matter. While it is a topic no one relishes the thought of, writing a will really is something everyone should do.

And now the importance of will writing is finally being tackled with the launch of Can't Take it With You, a new, six-part series on BBC Two.

Discussing the conflicts caused when a last will and testamony hasn't been written, the series begins on Friday 14 January 2011 with episode one focusing on the theme of charity.
